Returns Policy

Returns are not permitted on monthly subscriptions.  Once your subscription has been charged it is considered purchased and can not be canceled or refunded, even if the item has not yet shipped.   There are no refunds or exchanges permitted on any digital products purchased.  

Returns and exchanges for products (excluding subscriptions and digital products) sold in our store are offered within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Contact mel@coachmels.com for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, and found to be in returnable condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually show up on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for items only if they are defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to process an exchange send us an email at mel@coachmels.com to receive further instructions for a replacement.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it becomes lost in the mail and we cannot track it.
